Refunds /Cancellations Policy

At Camelia Oberoi Wellness, we strive to ensure a positive experience for all our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy, which is aligned with the services and products we offer.

1. Online Classes and Subscription Videos

Cancellation Policy:

  • Online classes and subscription videos are non-refundable.

  • In case of technical issues or inability to access the service, please contact us at cameliaoberoiwellness@gmail.com for assistance.

2. Retreats and Workshops

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the start date of the retreat or workshop are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date.

Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Craniosacral Therapy Appointments

Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments canceled 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited to your original payment method.

4. Products (Shop)

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt.

Refund Processing:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us at  cameliaoberoiwellness@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product to initiate an exchange.

5. General Guidelines

  • Refund requests must be made via email at cameliaoberoiwellness@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and details of the order or booking.

  • Refunds will not include any payment processing fees charged by third-party services.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
